I also took a visit to the V&A i foud it really intresting and facination looking at all the garments that were 100 of yeaars old aswell as the recent new collections...

Christian dior draped floral dress...



Also went into the asia part of the museum which had rugs from palaces that were 1000 years old and asian textiles clothes with detail of embroiderey, i found it very intresting and fun, i have gained alot of research from this trip...

As part of my fashion course i went to ;london for my research on fabric, southall is a indiam place in london filled with indian clothes and fabris, so i started to do some fabric research for my final collection. i looked at sari beaded fabrics...



Im facinated by the vibrant colours and beading used...

My first board his year, i'm so pleased with it as i feel that the image is really clear and showing my concept out really well as well as the colours i like using which are bold and duel...

Ritu Beri Haute Couture...

Im facinated by the duel colour of this garment, its very outstanding and western though still having the mystic indian influence to it by the beading on the garment. The stylising of this dress is fabulous with the head peice and the bangles it looks amazing!



The most detail on these garments are the skirts all huge and exaggerated i'm fascinated by the colours and the concept of still having the mystic influence, i have included all this in my sketchbook for a wide range of ideas for my final collection in 2011.

I find this garment wow really  eye catching, love the hat again its a western dress but still has a exotic india influence to it the colour is amazing goes well with the beading on the dress which is all hand stitched...
